	October 22, 2001 Recruitment entrepreneur returns to Tampa Pam Leavy Tampa Bay Business Journal Staff Writer The founder of Burlington Wells Inc. has returned to the recruitment sector with a new company based in Ybor City. Christopher Brown founded Burlington Wells Inc. in 1990, a search firm specializing in accounting and finance professionals placement. TMP Worldwide, parent company of recruitment portal Monster.com, purchased Burlington Wells in 2000. At his new company, Insight Services Corp., Brown is combining recruitment training tools and Internet technology. Brown said Insights, a recruitment and search professional training firm, goes where the videocassette, audiotape and book-dominated recruitment sector has not. Insight's e-learning approach includes a combination of DVD, CD-ROM real-time interview scripts and a book. "We have converted what I think is the quintessential step-by-step training book in the industry into an e-learning platform," he said. Brown said he had no qualms starting a new venture in the current business climate. "What's going on won't affect me since 50 percent of all revenues for search and recruitment are health-care oriented and health care is booming," he said.
