Giving you Insight. Today everybody is concentrating on the sales end of business, and one new product promises to help recruiters not just on the recruiting side, but also to help them win over clients.

Insights-Interactive, a vendor specializing in the training of recruitment and search professionals, has released its new Insights Success Kit. The product is designed to accelerate the learning curve of new recruiters, and increase the productivity of veterans.

Founder Christopher Brown says, “We use technology to deliver our training, but focus our curriculum on high touch communications – teaching and reinforcing time-tested techniques.”

The kit comes with a two-hour DVD/video training presentation, a step-by-step guidebook and an interactive CD-ROM.

The CD provides real-time training, Brown says, which walks participants through conversations on both the recruitment and client development sides while they are on the floor making actual calls. The CD also can be customized to include a search or recruitment firm’s own scripts and training materials.
